"You were right John from North and West Coast Links that is a must play.
Scenery, course layout, warmth of the people, rural golf as it should be and definitely the shortest Par 5 in Ireland. "

"After a humbling round the previous day at Royal County Down, it was a joy to play Ardglass Golf Club.
The views are unbeatable and some of the holes are simply spectacular. The course is relatively short but still challenging.
Of the nine rounds we played in Ireland/Northern Ireland, this was the most fun. Great scenery, unusual clubhouse an old castle, fantastic members.
Thanks to the Club for making us feel welcome and like old friends.
I highly recommend that golfers who are in the County Down area on a pilgrimage to Royal County Down take the time to play Ardglass as well. "

"Ardglass Golf Club is a little piece of heaven on earth.
From the moment you step out onto the first tee your eye is drawn to the raw majesty of this magnificent links golf course.
It challenges every club in your bag yet rewards smart play.
The conditions are fast and firm and will give you a wild ride as you play this most unforgetable links course in Ardglass."

"Ardglass was our first exposure to golf on the Emerald Isle.
The course is set in a beautiful location with some spectacular holes. It is an easy walk and a fair test from the ladies tees.
I would highly recommend this hidden gem and hope to return someday soon."

"I have had the pleasure of playing this course three times now and I love it.
The opening hole is dramatic rewarding the fade not the draw. The second has no rival when it comes to cliff edge drama. The scenery is stunning, so it is what it says on the can Having played it with a group of lovely chaps from Burnham I played from the white tees, a challenge in itself but the course is rewarding. The greens were true and fair.
The real challenge lies on the three holes that skirt the bay...good luck, a test for any golfer and great fun. we had a great welcome and the staff were hospitable, the home cooked food a delight.
Ardglass is up there on my lists of "yes please".
Thankyou its a beautiful place to golf."

"Just back from a weeks holiday in Ireland and having played several courses in the week including the K club I have to say that Ardglass was far and away the best.
The welcome we received from everyone at the club was exceptional and the course immaculate.
The views from every hole are as good as on any course in the world.
The course should be renamed "Worldclass"
Thank you very much for a great day.

"After playing this great links course in 2008 and 2010 with friends from the states, I decided to join this awesome links course as an international member.
I certainly hope to come this summer in 2012 and enjoy this course and hospitality. I am not sure what made me think of this course as a course I would like to be an international member but out of 44 links courses in Ireland, this is the one I selected to be an international member.
Thank you Ardglass Hope to see you this summer"

"Wir waren 6 Golfer im Juni 2011. Zum Abschluß einer Nordirlandreise haben wir den Ardglass Golfkurs gespielt: es war eine sehr gute Entscheidung.
Herliches Wetter, blauer Himmel, blaues Meer und ein herausfordernder Linkskurs. Es war ein wunderbarer Golftag in einer einzigartigen Umgebung und natürlich mit einem wohlschmeckenden Guiness zum Abschuß.
Hierher kommen wir gerne wieder."

"After playing Portrush and Portstewart I suggested to my wife that we complete our quick golf trip to a lesser known course to the south called Ardglass, which I had just finished reading about in Thomas Coynes book, "A Course Called Ireland".
We were enjoying a challenging round of golf in typical links winds when my wife got her first eagle ever on the 14th hole.
As a result of this accomplishment and the celebratory Guinnesses at The Old Commercial Bar, again at Mr. Coynes recommendation, we came away from Ardglass on a high and enjoyed the rest of the evening.
For numerous reasons, therefore, Ardglass is one of my favorite golf courses in the world.
Thank you for a memorable day.
